R4P OFF SZN


Having spent the past two decades managing elite players through off, pre and in season programs our staff are aware of the importance of these periods.

Let us manage your off-season conditioning to give you the platform for a healthy and successful pre-season.

 

The R4P OFF SZN training programme includes:

1 x Strength and Power Assessment 
3 x 60 min Pitch Conditioning Session 
2 x 45 min Strength and Conditioning Session
1 x 30 min Soft Tissue Session

 

2 hours per session, 3 days per week – Tues/Wed/Fri. Additional sessions available on demand.
