YF4P (youth fitness 4 performance)
YF4P is a unique adolescent group training class focussing on mobility, strength, speed and power. Led by our industry specialists these classes will allow young people to develop these important qualities during fundamental years of growth and maturation.
These sessions are exclusively for individuals between the ages of 13-16 inclusive.
The sessions will be 1 hour and start at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and 6pm on a Wednesday.
