Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions, all questions you may have need to be raised before attending your appointment.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updated terms will only apply to appointments made after the changes, if you are part way through a treatment plan your original terms will remain unchanged. It is essential that all information provided by you when completing your medical questionnaire and that you tell your clinician is fully accurate as non-disclosure of information may invalidate your agreement with us.
Consultation Fees – Self Pay
R4P offers a client-centred clinic priding itself on offering a top quality service. Treatments and services are competitively priced based upon our teams experience, expertise and the level of care provided.
We aim to provide our patients with in-depth information about our services to help them make informed decisions.
Payment is required for all appointments and associated services. Your appointment will be extensive in nature and delivered by a highly and appropriately qualified clinician.
The cost of your appointment will have been stated on the website or quoted by a R4P team member, if you require further treatments such as scans and/or diagnostics the relevant fees associated with these treatments will be provided prior to the appointment. Please ensure you are aware of the fees involved in advance of treatments and if unsure kindly ask a R4P team member.
Payment of Invoices
Payments are to be paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Late payment will incur a monthly late payment charge of 6% above the Bank of England base rate. Each attempt to recover late payments will incur an administration fee of £5. Failure to pay will result in R4P recovering the payment via moneyclaim.gov.uk.
You are required to pay the total cost of your treatment no later than the end of your appointment.
If you have an MRI or other imagining this will be invoiced directly to you by the provider and their terms and conditions will apply to all the services they provide.
Payment can be made via Credit or Debit card (American Express is not accepted) or via bank transfer. R4P does not offer any finance options.
R4P may request and require payment for appointments at the time of booking.
Consultation Fees – Health Insurance
R4P is recognised by all major health insurance providers. R4P operates on a fee assured basis. Upon booking your appointment you are required to provide R4P the name of your health insurance provider, policy number and your authorisation code. This information is required to process your health insurance and without it you will be required to pay the full cost of your appointment.
R4P clinicians will provide you with the treatment for which you have booked unless the clinician does not feel the intervention safe or appropriate to do so.
Cancellations and Failure to Attend your Appointment
Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person and at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be very grateful if you cancel as soon as possible to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service.
Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in you being liable for the full cost of the appointment and no refund will be provided. No cancellation fees will be charged if your appointment is rescheduled and attended within 14 days of the cancellation.
Cancellation of an appointment for an MRI or other imaging the cancellation policy terms will be of the providers policy.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however this may mean a reduced appointment time; rescheduling; or cancellation of your appointment, however you may still be charged for your full appointment.
NHS Staff 10% discount
Offer subject to full consultation and patient suitability. Offer is subject to availability. Patients must supply proof of current employment within the National Health Service (NHS). R4P reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer excludes all retail products sold by R4P.
Armed Forces 10% discount
Offer subject to full consultation and patient suitability. Offer is subject to availability. Patients must supply proof of current employment within the British Armed Forces (Navy, Merchant Navy, Royal Air Force, Reservists, Territorial Army). Spouses of personnel must provide proof of current marital status. R4P reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer excludes all retail products sold by R4P.
Child Policy (Under 18’s)
In line with the Care Quality Commission regulations we are unable to treat persons under the age of 13 years. R4P cannot accept responsibility for children in any of our clinics, we therefore politely request that you refrain from bringing children to any appointments. We do understand however that under certain circumstances this is unavoidable, in these circumstances please ensure there is a parent or guardian available to supervise the child at all times whilst within the clinic. R4P does not take responsibility for any personal belongings including but not limited to valuables such as jewellery which belong to the patient or anybody entering into the clinic.
