Our initial consultation will comprise assessments of physical capability, such as  Cardiovascular Fitness, Strength and Power. You’ll receive a report tailored for you with an S&C roadmap to fulfil your goals.



Individual session delivered in small group setting – (max of 4 to each coach).

The PER4ORM programme delivers an initial 1 to 1 Strength and Conditioning Consultation / Profiling Session.  A further 1 to 1 Follow Up Session and then 6 subsequent small Group Sessions. Find out more via the button below.
