Abi Okell
Senior Physio
Abi has extensive experience in winter sport, having worked with the British Paralympic and Olympic ski and snowboard teams over the last 9 years. For the last three years Abi has been the lead physiotherapist for both men and women’s World Cup and Olympic alpine ski teams for GB Snowsport.
She is passionate about enabling all athletes and patients to perform at their best and minimising future injury risk. As an APPI Pilates instructor, Abi enjoys teaching both 1:1 and group sessions to facilitate injury recovery, develop strength and control, and as part of ante and post-natal training. Abi also has experience working with gymnastics, taekwondo and youth athletes.
